Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before shipment. Delivered items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the conditions below.
We accept returns for damaged or defective items, wrong items received, and unused items you are not satisfied with.
Once your cancellation is confirmed or your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
